Sales & Helpline

Can we deliver to (insert destination)?

The answer to this question is invariably YES. If our couriers can get there then a crate can be delivered,we can deliver throughout the UK and across most of Europe using our standard courier services however you may not be able to select the destination using our address finder and in some cases we will need to get you a quote for the cost of delivery. This will depend on the weight, transport method and the destination so the more information you can give us the more accurate we can be. We can deliver on palettes or in normal courier vans depending on the requirement. We may need to take payment offline and manually process the order but everything is possible. If you have a special requirement just contact us and we will do our very best to help.

How long will it be before it is delivered?

When you place your order the site will inform you of which specific day your order will be delivered. We generally deliver within a working week but if you require the item to be sent for a particular day, we can normally accommodate it. If you have any specific requirements just get in touch, we can also deliver on pallets for bulk orders. Please note that we do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday. More information can be found on our Delivery page.

What format do you need artwork in?

We really need vector based artwork to give you the best results. that means it is saved as an .ai or .eps format from software such as Adobe Illustrator, your agency or designer will understand what this means. In exceptional circumtstances we work with pixel based images but they need to be the same resolution as you would use for hi resolution printing. You can talk to us about your artwork requirements as any time, we can always produce a proof of how the final product will look before we go to production.

Can I have a bespoke size crate?

Everything is possible but bespoke sizes do take longer. We make our standard range of crates from components which are pre-manufactured so that we can turn round quickly and effectively. If you are looking for something non-standard it will take longer and cost a bit more but rest assured it will always be made to our exacting quality standards. If required we can make prototypes for approval but this may attract an additional charge.

Can you match the paint to a Pantone colour?

Yes we can, there is obviously greater tolerances due to the painting process, the natural wood surface and the matching process but we work closely with our paint partner to try and achieve the best result possible. There is an additional charge for mixing bespoke paints and sometimes a minimum order quantity too. We often convert to a RAL colour using a conversion system before we mix the paint, if you have a RAL number we can use that.
